The meal serves a set multi-course featuring the most premium seasonal ingredients.  It's once a year, must try culinary experience with chef’s artful skill from conceptualizing the meal, the cooking, and the Sushi plating.

Private session of maximum 6 people per session.Our restaurant will be closed for dinning during service of this event, so you can enjoy your private time!

$350 /Person, + HST & 18% Gratuity

• Full payment is required in advance.
• Cancellation must be 48 hours  prior notice or none refundable.
• All must be served the same dish at the same time, No meal substitutions
• Please allow up to 2 hours for the dining
• We cannot guarantee full menu to guests who arrive more than 15 minutes late due to the nature of our service.
• NO SHOW, NO REFUND.
• Must notify ahead of time for any Food Allergy alert!
• We are unable to accommodate a vegetarian diet, or diet that does not include raw fish.
• Bar seating up to 6 people (private group booking available)
