"Omakase (お任せ)" is a Japanese term which translates to:
“Leaving respectfully to Chef's choice”, it refers to a meticulously crafted course curate by the Master Sushi Chef.
Customers sit at the sushi bar, observe, and interact directly with our Master Sushi Chef Tim. His smooth knife skills, rice shaping, and precise blow torch technique contributes to the majestic cooking performances. This provides a spectacle for the customers to enjoy and directs by the Master Chef and his years of experience.
Preparing one piece of fish at a time, the chef announces its name, origin, and answers your questions as he serves. The stories and recommendations shared by the Chef create an intimate and authentic Sushi dining experience.
As Omakase is not a common offering in many local sushi restaurants, it is the most popular dining and is recommended to experience in Sushi culinary!
