"Omakase (お任せ)" is a Japanese term which translates to: 

“Leaving respectfully to Chef's choice”, it refers to a meticulously crafted course curate by the Master Sushi Chef. 

Customers sit at the sushi bar, observe, and interact directly with our Master Sushi Chef Tim.  His smooth knife skills, rice shaping, and precise blow torch technique contributes to the majestic cooking performances.  This provides a spectacle for the customers to enjoy and directs by the Master Chef and his years of experience. 

Preparing one piece of fish at a time, the chef announces its name, origin, and answers your questions as he serves.  The stories and recommendations shared by the Chef create an intimate and authentic Sushi dining experience.  

As Omakase is not a common offering in many local sushi restaurants, it is the most popular dining and is recommended to experience in Sushi culinary!

(Beverage & Alcohol drinks are not included.)

Omakase course is uniquely crafted by our Master Chef using the best seasonal ingredients so you will get to experience different menu at every visits!

*Walk-in is welcome but unique menu & seating is not guaranteed.

Limited Bar seating up to 6 guests.

For group of more than 6, please contact us to arrange at the table seatings.

• PREMIUM: $395 person  (Deposit of $150/person)

**DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED

• Pre-Authorized Deposit is required,  2 weeks prior to the booking date.
• Cancellation must be 48 hours prior notice or none refundable.
• NO SHOW, NO REFUND.
• 20 minutes late will be consider NO SHOW & no refund. (Unless notified)
• Please arrive 10 mins earlier, and allow approximately 2 hours for the dining
• All must be served the same dish at the same time, No meal substitutions
• Must notify ahead of time for any Food Allergy alert!
• We are unable to accommodate a vegetarian diet, or diet that does not include raw fish.
• Bar seating is prioritized for Omakase guests.
