Omakase (お任せ) is a Japanese term that translates to "leaving it respectfully to the Chef’s choice." It represents a meticulously curated course, where the journey is guided entirely by the expertise of the Master Sushi Chef.

Sitting at our intimate sushi bar, guests enter a world of direct interaction with Master Chef Tim. Every dish is part of a majestic performance, showcasing his rhythmic knife work, the delicate art of rice shaping, and the precision of the blowtorch. This is a culinary spectacle directed by a master with decades of experience, designed to engage all the senses.

The beauty of Omakase lies in the details: preparing one piece of fish at a time, the Chef announces its name and origin, sharing stories and recommendations that turn a meal into a deep dive into Japanese culture. Because true Omakase is a rare offering in the local dining scene, it remains our most sought-after experience—a must for anyone seeking the pinnacle of sushi artistry.

Omakase course is uniquely crafted by our Master Chef Tim using the best seasonal ingredients so you will get to experience different menu at every visits!

Reservation is recommended, Walk-in is welcome but seating is not guaranteed. 

To provide the most seamless and intimate experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies:

• Securing Your Table: A pre-authorized deposit must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or at least two weeks prior to the reservation date) to finalize your seat.
• Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. Deposits for cancellations made within this 48-hour window, or in the event of a No-Show, are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. To ensure the rhythm of the meal for all guests, late arrivals must notify the restaurant immediately. Unannounced late arrivals may result in an automatic cancellation and will be treated as a No-Show.
• The Experience: We recommend allowing approximately two hours to fully enjoy your dining experience.

• Synchronized Service: To maintain the integrity of the Chef's vision, all guests at the table will be served the same course at the same time. We are unable to offer meal substitutions.
• Allergies: Please notify us of any food allergies at the time of booking.
• Specialized Menu: At this time, we are unable to accommodate vegetarian diets or diets that do not include raw fish.
• Seating: Our Bar Seating is exclusively prioritized for guests enjoying the Premium Omakase experience.
