To provide the most seamless and intimate experience for all our guests enjoying Japanese cuisine, we kindly ask that you observe the following policies: Deposits & Cancellations: A pre-authorized deposit must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or at least two weeks prior to the reservation date) to finalize your seat for the sushi experience. Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or no refund and No-Show, are strictly non-refundable. Arrival & Timing: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. To ensure the rhythm of the meal and the experience curated by Master Chef Tim for all guests, late arrivals must notify the restaurant immediately. Unannounced late arrivals (up to 15 mins) may result in automatic cancellation and will be treated as a No-Show. The Experience: Allowing approximately 2 hours to fully enjoy your dining experience. Dietary & Menu Guidelines: To maintain the integrity of Master Chef Tim’s vision, all guests at the table will be served the same course at the same time. We are unable to offer meal substitutions. Allergies: Please notify us of any food allergies at the time of booking. We are unable to accommodate vegetarian diets or diets that do not include raw fish. Seating: Our Bar Seating is exclusively prioritized for up to 6 guests enjoying the Omakase experience.
