Limited-seat evenings at Hōseki
From time to time, Chef Tim Nguyen opens the restaurant for intimate tasting events — small gatherings where the full depth of his Edomae craft can be experienced in a single, unhurried evening.
Past events — for the record
Hōseki has hosted a sake-paired Omakase tasting evening and an Autumn chef’s-choice prix fixe event, each limited to six guests per session. Both are now past.
